Cancelation Policy:

Please call us at least 24 hours before your appointment time for cancellation or rescheduling. We understand life happens and some things you just can’t control, but we do ask you respect the time of our service providers and know that if you take up an appointment space and don’t show up or don’t give us enough time to fill the space, it comes as a huge inconvenience to your stylist.

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or no show, you may be restricted from booking online in the future. Do not make multiple profiles if you can’t find yours. Please call us instead to book. In the event that you have been restricted and you choose to create a new profile and book an appointment under the new profile, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. 

No shows or last minute cancelations will require a credit card on file and a deposit paid, to book another appointment. Multiple no shows or last minute cancelations may result in us not being able to serve you in the future.

All Saturday appointments require a $50 deposit to book. The deposit will go toward your service as long as you keep your original appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or no show the deposit is non refundable. If you are booking a Saturday appointment online, we will be in contact with you about paying the deposit. The deposit must be paid by the end of the same day that the appointment was made (not the actual appointment date). In the event that the invoice for the deposit is not paid by the end of the day, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and offer that time to another guest.

Service Redos Policy:
If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to redo the service, within seven days of your original service, if your dissatisfaction is due to an error on our part. Redos are scheduled exactly like regular appointments and are provided at no charge (for only the original services received that need correction. This does not include a blow dry/style.) The redo must be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the original service. All redos must be approved by management. We do not offer refunds or free services if your requested look is achieved, but you decide it’s not a good look for you and choose to change it.

Pricing Policy:

Difference in price, for color, will not only depend on the level of your stylist, but will also depend on the current state your hair (current color, natural or any previous artificial color, professional color vs at home color, health of hair, etc.) and what steps your stylist will have to take to achieve your desired color and keep your hair as healthy as possible. Not all color (especially a lighter color) may be possible to achieve in one session. All consultations are complimentary, and especially encouraged for a big color change, before booking an appointment!
